Rules and Procedures

Morning Procedures

• All students must enter through the main doors at the front of the main building.
• All students must remain in the cafeteria until 7:20 a.m.
• All students must exit the school by using the walkway by the auditorium ONLY.
• Elementary students may go to the playground at 7:20 a.m.
• Secondary student may go to the Tennis Court / Pavilion area at 7:20 a.m.
• If bad weather occurs, students should remain in the cafeteria or go to the auditorium.
• If students wish to enter any other area before school begins, the must have a pass that they acquired the day before.

Consequences

1. Students will be given a verbal warning.
2. Students will be assigned to remain in the cafeteria until the first bell rings for the remainder of the week.
3. Students will be issued a detention.
4. Students will receive a referral to the office.

Playground Rules

• What is on the ground stays on the ground.
• Monkey bars are for hand-to-hand connecting from below only. Standing, sitting, or crawling on top of the bars is not permitted.
• The front playscape and the playscape by the shop are for students in Pre-K through 2nd grade only.
• No aerial stunts (no jumping from any playground equipment).
• Playground equipment is allowed at lunch or extra recess; equipment is not allowed during or before school playtime.
